Can we order a single t-shirt (or any amount less than the suggested number of 24)?
Yes. Note: Orders of less than 24 Dig Pink items will be billed at retail prices. All Dig Pink items can be found and customized at www.buydigpink.com, the official Dig Pink store.

Can we customize our Dig Pink jerseys with school and/or team names?
Yes. If the name or team name is ALL the same, then an additional $4.00 per item will be added to the order (24 minimum-wholesale orders). We are not able to personalize individual names at this time. Note: If customized jerseys are ordered less than 10 days prior to the necessary delivery date, you must obtain approval for production and rush charges will apply.

Can we place orders offline?
Yes. Customers using purchase orders (for schools only), placing custom orders or requesting rush orders can call customer service at 772-497-8009 or contact our accounting department at 772-403-8143 or acowdell@teamip.com.

Can we get orders faster than the standard 10 day production period?
Yes. Call customer service at 772-497-8009 to verify the production schedule and obtain approval from accounting.

Are there any expedited options for shipping?

Do you accept purchase orders?
We only accept purchase orders from schools. Contact our accounting department at 772-403-8143 or acowdell@teamip.com to process your purchase order. Note: All purchase orders are processed offline and must be approved and processed by the accounting department before the order will be approved for production.

Do you have options for polos for coaches, administrators, parents and fans?

Do you have additional methods of payment?
o Yes. The ONLY option in the shopping cart is to pay by credit card. However, You can arrange to pay by Purchase Order, Personal, School, or Business, or Cashiers Check by contact our accounting department at (772) 403-8143 or acowdell@teamip.com to arrange alternative payment requests.

Can I call or contact customer service to assist with any order that needs to be placed or has already been placed?
